Once again\, t his year's cuisine is catered by the talents of Vatel Club México\, a co nsortium of our region's top chefs\, started by Thierry Blouet (Café des Artistes). The event will be led by Memo Wulff (Barrio Bistro)\, plus more popular chefs from Vallarta to be confirmed soon.\n\n\n\nSteve Elliott re turns to light up the stage\nSteve Elliot is back by popular demand to pr ovide the evening's entertainment\, following a rousing show at the last I llumination. Steve has performed full-time for over 23 years in Western Ca nada\, the US and\, more recently\, in Mexico. He is a multi-talented perf ormer whose reportoire includes Evlis Presley\, Roy Orbison\, Neil Diamond \, Johnny Cash\, Nat King Cole\, Louis Armstrong and Tom Jones\, among oth ers. Steve will be performing another full set of the biggest hits!\n\n\n\ nHelping kids with disabilities be the best they can be!\nIllumination Din ner &\; Show is benefiting local kids charity Pasitos de Luz\, where c hildren with disabilities from all over Puerto Vallarta and Banderas Bay b enefit from 100% free services\, including physiotherapy\, hydrotherapy\, special education and nutritional support.
